Erinan Estates has many different lots that would suit many different styles of homes. From flat lots to sloping, rocky sites, there is something for every design at Erinan. 

As long as the design conforms with the building scheme, you can probably build it at Erinan. There are several restrictions on size, but in general, most modern home designs would suit most lots. 

The sloping nature of many sites at Erinan would suit either a walk-out basement type home if the lot slopes down from the street, or a ground-level entry home (with living up) on a site that slopes up from the road. With many lots to choose from, bring your design and get to work!.
